Over 12 miles of trails will wind through the 370 acres of Greens Prairie Reserve, allowing you to explore the surrounding natural beauty and provide access to pocket parks, ponds, and The Pavilion, our community event center. Walking and biking at Greens Prairie Reserve encourages connection among neighbors and promotes a healthier lifestyle for all residents.

Privacy Buffer
At Greens Prairie Reserve, we believe in community but also strive to provide a sense of privacy for our residents. That’s why we’ve devoted a third of the neighborhood to natural open space including 20 to 30 feet of privacy buffers between the back of nearly every home. Look forward to views of greenspace instead of peering into your neighbor’s backyard.

The Pavilion
On the banks of the main pond will sit The Pavilion, our community’s main event center. Expand your living beyond the backyard with spontaneous get-togethers with neighbors or enjoy the many events planned by our lifestyle coordinator. The Pavilion will also be the perfect place to host your next shower, party or other events.
